Visit the Gilbulla open weekend this September and take a self-guided tour of the historic buildings and beautiful grounds.
While you’re there enjoy a sausage sizzle, devonshire tea or candy apples. With a jumping castle, face painting and petting zoo for the kids there is something to keep everyone entertained.
There will be guided tours of the rare Cumberland woodland on the property with conservation experts over the course of the weekend.
Gilbulla was originally built by the Macarthur family as a wedding gift for Lt Colonel James William Macarthur-Onslow and the nearby village of Menangle was originally constructed to house the farm and domestic workers for the Gilbulla property.
Cost: $5 per adult, children under 16 free.
