Sunday 6pm – Midnight
Living in the 70’s
Lots of big things happened in the 70’s. Blockbuster movies ‘Grease’ and ‘Star Wars’ were released, the Farrah Fawcett hairstyle gained popularity and the video game ‘Pong’ changed arcades forever. Most importantly; a whole lot of great music was released!
Join host Malama Psarianos as she takes you back the 70’s every Sunday night. With a mix of music, history and local information, her energy and enthusiasm will keep you company from 6pm until Midnight. Plus, if you reach out during the week, she may even send you a cheerio on air!

Testimonials
I really enjoy your Sunday night show, couple of beers and fire going in the shed. I must book a Monday off work so I can stay for the night whole program. Keep up the good work.

Tuned in to Malama’s Living in the 70’s show on Sunday night for the first time and…..WOW!!! What a fabulous mix of popular and lesser known songs of that decade, really took me back to my high school and early working days. Artists like Suzi Quatro, Cat Stevens, Supertramp, Skyhooks, JPY, The Masters Apprentices, Nilsson and even Leif Garrett (who I had almost forgotten about!) brought back so many wonderful memories and made for a very pleasurable evening listening to their songs. Wonderful mix of music Malama…you’re a fabulous host and I enjoyed your show immensely! In Molly Meldrum’s words…do yourself a favour and tune in to Malama’s Living in the 70s show from 6pm on Sunday evening…you won’t be disappointed!

Loved hearing Malama on Sunday night’s “Living In The 70s” programme. She comes across as a knowledgeable and pleasant presenter of the music I grew up listening to – and covered so many music genres. I’ll be back! (Or did someone say that already?)

What a professional and great show Malama presents on a Sunday night. A great range of 70’s music, although I do believe Malama doesn’t get to choose much of it. I stream this program most Sunday nights. Malama is a real asset to Vintage FM.
