You will receive an order confirmation email.
Orders are dispatched within one (1) business day of receiving payment.
Payment can be made via Mastercard, Visa and Paypal.
All orders include free shipping. We ship within Australia only.
Orders usually arrive in 4 to 7 working days. However, Australia Post has advised that there are some delays (due to COVID 19).
Tracking and Delivery
We ship with Australia Post who provide parcel tracking. You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your package is on it’s way.
If you choose ‘Authority to Leave’, we are not responsible if packages go missing.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your product(s), we will happily organise a refund or exchange.
Simply contact us by phone 0247311876 or email email@example.com explaining the reason you want a refund or exchange for the product(s). We can then arrange to have it returned to us, at your cost.
This should be done within 30 days of receipt of the product(s). The product(s) must be in the same condition as you received it, unused. When returning goods, please keep proof of return.
Cancellation of Order
Should the need arise to cancel an order after you’ve placed it, we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Order cancellation is time-sensitive, so please get in touch with us ASAP by phone 024731 1876 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note: once your order has moved to the processing stage, we may no longer be able to cancel it. Should this be the case, we can help facilitate a return upon delivery.
