From friendly fun, with local food-and-wine pop-ups lining the laneways of Berrima, forge action from the village blacksmith, live entertainment and more!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-red-color has-text-color has-large-font-size\"><strong>Penrith<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pool parties this Australia Day at Ripples Leisure Centres &#8211; Penrith &amp; St Marys<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Celebrate Australia Day with a free pool party at Ripples Leisure&nbsp;Centres&nbsp;at Penrith and St Marys&nbsp;on Thursday 26 January, 8am-6pm.&nbsp;Enjoy&nbsp;free entry, poolside activities and games,&nbsp;as well as free breakfast and sweet treats.&nbsp;With a DJ spinning summer beats and roving performers, it\u2019s a great way to cool off and have some fun this Australia Day!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of our celebration, council will be giving away&nbsp;bush tucker plants as a take home memory&nbsp;of the day (limited quantities available). Grown by Muru&nbsp;Mittigar&nbsp;of&nbsp;Dharug&nbsp;Country this bush tucker plant is a way that participants can reflect and respect the history of local Indigenous people as well as celebrate their culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This event is hosted by Penrith City Council and assisted by the Australian Government through the National Australia Day Council.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Australia Day Carnival at Panthers (The Backyard)<\/strong>&nbsp;from 2pm \u2013 Carnival rides, live music, food eating competitions, thong throwing and more. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-red-color has-text-color has-large-font-size\"><strong>Blue Mountains<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Glenbrook Park<\/strong>&nbsp;8am-10.30am<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rotary Club of Lower Blue Mountains \u2013 Community Breakfast BBQ with light entertainment, Emergenncy services vechicle display and flag raising ceremony.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-red-color has-text-color has-large-font-size\"><strong>Hawkesbury<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Governor Phillip Park Windsor<\/strong>&nbsp;5pm to 9pm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Celebrate Australia Day at the beautiful Governor Phillip Park. Live music, rides, roving entertainment, food and of course the event highlight, the magnificent fireworks display on the river.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Australiana Pioneer Village<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 Rose Street, Wilberforce 9am to 4pm<br>Celebrate Australia Day at Australiana Pioneer Village with a full day of fun and entertainment.
