We are grateful for the sacrifices of Men, Women and their families involved in past and present conflicts. Lest We Forget.

Below is a list of services to be held in our broadcast areas of Penrith, the Hawkesbury, Lower Blue Mountains, Camden and Wollondilly. If we have missed a service in one of these areas please leave us a comment with details below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PENRITH \u2013 25th<\/sup> April<\/strong>
Time:<\/strong> Assembly 4:30am, Service 5:00am
Location:<\/strong> Memory Park

The annual ANZAC Day Dawn Service will assemble at 04.30hrs and a silent march will commence from Castlereagh Street, outside of Penrith RSL Club, to Memory Park. The Service will commence once all are assembled in the park. Breakfast will be provided by Penrith RSL Club following the service \u2013 Gold coin donation to enter.

ST MARYS \u2013 25th<\/sup> April<\/strong>
Time:<\/strong> Dawn Service 5:00am
Location:<\/strong> Guns War Memorial, in the grounds of St Marys RSL Club

Dress includes medals. Dual special \u2018Live TV – Big Screen\u2019 facilities will be on site to ensure those attending are able to view all details of the Service. After the Service, all special guests and sub-Branch Members (and their family) are invited to breakfast in the club. The St Marys RSL Club will also offer a breakfast for all other attendees at a small cost.

WARRAGAMBA \u2013 25th<\/sup> April<\/strong>
Time:<\/strong> March Assembly 10:30am, March 11:00am, Service to follow March
Location:<\/strong> Warragamba Memorial Park

The Anzac Day March will assemble at the Warragamba Silverdale Neighbourhood Centre at 10:30am to 10:45am to be ready to march at 11:00am. This year will also mark the first Anzac Day with the bronze statue at Warragamba Memorial Park.

Blacktown City Pipe Band will be leading the March. Peter Paki will be singing the New Zealand National Anthem, whilst the choirs from Caroline Chisholm College and St Dominic\u2019s College will perform the Australian National Anthem. Local Council dignitaries will also be joining the service.
If you would like to lay a wreath on the day, please feel free to do so.

After the Anzac Day Service, everyone is invited back to Warragamba Workers Club to listen to some great tunes from local singer Brian Gillett. The Dam Riders will be putting on a great BBQ and the Club restaurant will also be opened.

Warragamba Anzac Committee will have raffles to be won and will be selling Anzac t-shirts for $15 each. Handmade poppies by our local knitting ladies will be available for purchase.

WINDSOR \u2013 25th<\/sup> April<\/strong>

Location:<\/strong> McQuade Park, Windsor

All members are requested to be in attendance by 5:30am for the march to the cenotaph. All are very welcome to attend and to honour and remember those who paid the eternal sacrifice. After the service, all members and guests are invited back to the Windsor RSL Club for the gunfire breakfast. On ANZAC Day, the Club offers a two-up game for the enjoyment of all.

Location:<\/strong> Richmond War Memorial, East Market St.

The March commences at 24 West Market Street at 2.30pm, with a Commemorative Service to follow at Richmond War Memorial. Members of the public who are a descendant of a former Veteran, of any conflict, are also invited to participate in the March wearing the medals of their Veteran, and\/or carrying a photo or displaying the name of their Veteran. Following the Commemorative Service, members of the public are invited back to the Richmond RSL Sub-Branch for light refreshments.

12.30am – Lunch at Springwood Sports Club, Macquarie Road, Springwood

Wivenhoe Retirement Village, 6 Hollyhock Avenue, Cobbitty – ANZAC Day Service will be conducted in the Recreation Centre commencing at 2.30 pm. Everyone is welcome.

CAMDEN \u2013 25th<\/sup> April<\/strong>
Time:<\/strong> Dawn Service 5:25am, March Assembly 10:00am, March 10:30am Commencing
Location:<\/strong> Camden Bicentennial Equestrian Park Memorial Site

Camden RSL Sub Branch Dawn Service will be conducted in the Camden Bicentennial Equestrian Park Memorial Site, Cawdor Road, CAMDEN NSW 2570, commencing at 5.15am sharp, Cawdor Road from Camden Sports Club to Barsden Street, will be closed from 4.45am until 7am. We request everyone to be seated by 5.15am.

Marchers will assemble in Elizabeth Street between Mitchell and Elizabeth Streets from 10.00 am with the march commencing at 10.30am, marchers will move from Elizabeth Street, down Argyle Street, follow Cawdor Road to the Camden Bicentennial Equestrian Park, for the commencement of the 2017 Camden Anzac Day Commemoration Service, commencing at 11.00 am.

LEPPINGTON \u2013 Wednesday 24th<\/sup> April<\/strong>

Location:<\/strong> Forest Lawn Memorial Park, ANZAC Memorial

In conjunction with Ingleburn Campbelltown, Liverpool and Camden RSL Sub Branches.

A beautiful and moving ANZAC Day ceremony will take place from 10.30am on Wednesday 24th April 2019 at Forest Lawn Memorial Parks ANZAC Memorial, in memory of the Australian and New Zealand service men and women who have served and died in wars, conflicts and peacekeeping operations. On the day, people in our local area from Liverpool through to Macarthur are welcome to join the ceremony, which will provide a moment for remembrance, gratitude and thankfulness to these Australian heroes. ________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n

LIVERPOOL \u2013 25th<\/sup> April<\/strong>
Time:<\/strong> March 5:15am, Service 5:30am
Location:<\/strong> Bigge Park, Liverpool

Starting at Club Liverpool at 5.15am, the march will head down George St, turn left at Moore Street and then proceed to Bigge Park for a 5.30am Dawn Service. This will be followed by breakfast at Club Liverpool, 185 George Street.
5.15am – March from Club Liverpool to Bigge Park
5.30am – Dawn Service at Bigge Park
6 – 8am – Breakfast at Club Liverpool
8.15am – Variety Show at Club Liverpool

The Dawn Service of Remembrance will be conducted by the City of Liverpool Sub Branch of the Returned and Services League of Australia.

CAMBPELLTOWN \u2013 25th<\/sup> April<\/strong>
Time:<\/strong> Service 5:45am, Parade 8:40am,
Location:<\/strong> Mawson Park, Campbelltown

All are welcome this Anzac Day to commemorate the 104th Anniversary of the Landing at Gallipoli. Campbelltown RSL Club are hosting services so they can remember those who sacrificed everything for their great country. The day will start with a 5.45am Dawn Service at Mawson Park, followed by Breakfast from 6.15am at Campbelltown RSL. The parade will begin at 8.40am and starts from Queen Street and finishes at Mawson Park, where the Anzac Day Services will commence. At 10am play Two Up at Campbelltown RSL and in the afternoon enjoy music in the lounge from Le Groove and JJ Duo.

MINCHINBURY \u2013 25th<\/sup> April<\/strong>

Location:<\/strong> Pinegrove Memorial Park, Minchinbury

Please join us for our annual ANZAC Day Dawn Service that honours the courage and sacrifice of all those who have served Australia.The Commemorative March begins at 5.00am, please arrive by 4.30am at the War Service Memorial Garden for the ANZAC Service, parking available. The Dawn Service commences at 5:30am.

We will be supporting Legacy Australia on the day with all funds raised going towards the awareness for our incapacitated and deceased veterans. These funds help assist approximately 65,000 widowers, 1800 children and people with disabilities Australia wide. They also support essential services such as counselling, special housing, medical and social support.
