There will be a 24-hour back-to-base emergency call system for nursing assistance or emergency services, which is installed in the apartments and throughout the shared spaces. In addition, concierge services will also be available in the foyer, seven days a week, and we plan to engage specialist service providers for cleaning, gardens and maintenance, hair and beauty, medical and allied health as well as for the café and restaurant.
