RFS Cobbitty – Get Ready Weekend

As we approach the bushfire season, Cobbitty Rural Fire Brigade invite you to there Get Ready Weekend – this Saturday, September 21 at the Cobbitty Anglican Church, 330 Cobbitty Road from 10am.
This is your chance to meet the local firefighters, while also learning about bushfire preparedness and ensuring your home and family is ready for the fire season ahead.
You can get the latest advice on how to prepare your property for the bushfires, there will be live firefighting
demonstrations, learn how to create or update your bushfire survival plan, plus for the little one they will have chance to sit in a fire truck and have a go at using the fire hose.
There will also be a sausage sizzle on the day.
