Wollondilly Cafe Connect – Changes to Aged Care

Big changes have arrived in aged care.

A free sessio  for seniors and carers, will be held at the Tahmoor CWA Hall, to build understanding and confidence when accessing services.
Tuesday 28th April  10am-1pm
Learn what the new Aged Care Act means for you, your rights, and how to stay informed and supported throughout your care journey.
You will hear from representatives from the Department of Health, Disability and Ageing and Seniors Rights Service and have opportunities to ask questions.

What you’ll discover:

• Your Statement of Rights and what it looks like in everyday life
• How to raise concerns and where to find help
• Practical tips for staying safe and supported
