If you went to park in Judges Carpark in the Penrith CBD today via Woodriff Street you would have been confused to find the entrance closed.
Don’t panic, you can still park in Judges carpark! Entry/Exit is via Station Street only, (Near the PCYC).
Construction by Astina Group has commenced at 21 – 25 Woodriff Street in Penrith. The construction works will deliver a purpose built serviced apartment building. See astinagroup.com.au/portfolio/astina-suites-penrith for further information.
The works will take place on the corner of Woodriff Street and Union Lane in Penrith. The carpark entrance / exit to Judges Car Park on the Woodriff Street will be closed from mid October 2019. This will alleviate construction traffic on Union Lane.
All reasonable efforts will be made to complete the works on schedule, subject to weather and ground conditions. residents and businesses will be notified if there are significant changes to the program.
